Our Story

Your Home Matters is a beautiful Homewares and gift store, located in the country town of Goulburn NSW.

Owner, Michelle Anable had long had a dream of owning her own homeware store. After having her three children, she decided the time was right. Following a lot of hard work and planning, this dream came to frutation in October 2006. This beautiful and tastefully decorated store is testimony to Michelle’s natural flare for detail, and her ability to be able to source a wonderful array of products to suit everyone's taste and style.

Her store promises a shopping experience for both locals and visitors, with affordable prices and friendly staff to greet you on arrival, to make your shopping an enjoyable and memorable experience. Michelle is also only too willing to help you with her expert advice on any decorating queries you may have. Whether it may be from a picture to hang on the wall, or some cushions to put on that new sofa, she will always have something for you, or will be able to source that something special for you.

Although we love the atmosphere of our store, we have also decided it is time to go online, which we think will only benefit our many customers, who come from far and wide to purchase our products.
